Shipping Policy

Shipping to our US customers is always FREE.

1: Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 48 hours of a successful payment. This excludes all weekends and any major holidays. We process all orders placed after 6 PM on the next day as a priority. Notifications are sent out immediately via email after the package is ready for shipment.

2: Domestic Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for all order within the US.  With standard free shipping, customers can expect these orders to reach them in 5-15 working days. Communication is key and if delays are experienced on our end ADG will communicate any changes via email.

Shipping internationally is not currently available but we hope to be able to in the very near future.

3: Tracking Your Order

Once a shipment is ready and sent out, you will receive an email with your order specifications and a tracking number. This number helps you track your product throughout the shipping process.

4: Refunds and Returns

Customers can return orders of unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. We will offer full refunds for this, excluding the shipping cost.

For faulty goods, please send us a picture via email at aprilsdiscountgallery@gmail.com. We promise to address the issue and find a solution. For such items, we cover the shipping cost for return and offer a full refund if a customer doesn’t want a replacement.
